Itinerant Art Museum in Ayacucho MEMORY FOR


The Itinerant Museum Project "Art of Memory" aims to collect cultural artifacts and artistic works, over the past 20 years played and play the theme of memory and political violence in our country and yet are clearly betting respect for human rights, the fight against forgetting and impunity. Aims at creating an inclusive and dialogue between art, activism and politics, from where products and cultural artifacts allow us to reflect on the process of political violence that lived in our country, its antecedents and consequences.

The Mobile Museum "Art of Memory" promotes, from diverse cultural products (academic art, folk art, urban counterculture, designs), look critique of society, respect for human rights and combating impunity. Try a joint work between artists, groups, NGOs, individuals and social organizations that work on the issue, as well as an effective mechanism to build a new space where the production, distribution and consumption of art are not given the logic hegemonic but seek to reach broader segments of the population.In and presented this time in Ayacucho, bringing works of Mauricio Delgado, Jorge Miyagi, Karen Bernedo, Herbert Rodriguez, Julia Ortiz, Carlos Tovar "Carlin", Teodoro Ramirez Guillermo Quiroz and invited local artists by Daniel Espinoza.
